Overview
Pinly (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a personal bookmark manager. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data Pinly handles, where it is stored, and how it is used.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our own servers. This includes:
Your name, email address, or any identity information
Your bookmarks, URLs, titles, or notes
Your device identifiers or usage statistics
We have absolutely no access to your saved content.
On-Device & iCloud Storage
All bookmarks, titles, descriptions, and preview images are stored exclusively in two places:
Your device — via SwiftData local storage
Your private iCloud container — managed entirely by Apple under your Apple ID
Synchronisation between your devices happens through Apple’s CloudKit framework. Pinly never has access to this data in transit or at rest.
Your membership status and certain local preferences may also be synchronized inside your device’s local App Group sandbox. This allows the main app and the Share Extension to share state instantly on the same device. This App Group synchronization is entirely local and does not involve any network upload.
In-App Purchases
Pinly offers Pinly Pro subscription features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All payments, billing, refunds, and transaction processing are handled independently and securely by the Apple App Store.
The developer cannot access, collect, or store your credit card number, bank account information, payment password, or any other financial information.
Pinly only uses Apple’s official StoreKit 2 framework to anonymously check your subscription entitlement status on your device, such as whether Pro is active and, where applicable, the expiration date. This information is used solely to unlock Pinly Pro features on your device.
Third-Party Services
When you save a bookmark, Pinly may fetch a preview image or metadata for that URL. This network request originates directly from your device to the relevant service (e.g., Google Maps, Instagram). Pinly does not act as an intermediary or proxy. No data is routed through our servers.
If you save a Google Maps location, preview data may be fetched from Google’s servers. This is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. No precise location data is sent to Google; only the URL you explicitly saved.
No Ads or Analytics
Pinly contains no third-party advertising SDKs, no analytics frameworks (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel), and no crash-reporting tools that transmit data off-device. No usage data is shared with any third party.
Children’s Privacy
Pinly does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, the app is compliant by design.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Lokale Speicherung & iCloud
Alle Lesezeichen, Titel, Beschreibungen und Vorschaubilder werden ausschließlich an zwei Stellen gespeichert:
Auf Ihrem Gerät — über SwiftData lokal
In Ihrem privaten iCloud-Container — vollständig von Apple unter Ihrer Apple-ID verwaltet
Die Synchronisierung zwischen Ihren Geräten erfolgt über das CloudKit-Framework von Apple. Pinly hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt Zugriff auf diese Daten – weder während der Übertragung noch im gespeicherten Zustand.
Ihr Mitgliedschaftsstatus und bestimmte lokale Einstellungen können außerdem innerhalb der lokalen App-Group-Sandbox Ihres Geräts synchronisiert werden. Dadurch können die Haupt-App und die Share Extension den Status auf demselben Gerät sofort teilen. Diese App-Group-Synchronisierung erfolgt vollständig lokal und beinhaltet keinerlei Netzwerk-Upload.
In-App-Käufe
Pinly bietet Pinly-Pro-Abonnementfunktionen über Apples In-App-Kauf-System an. Alle Zahlungen, Abrechnungen, Erstattungen und Transaktionsverarbeitungen werden unabhängig und sicher vom Apple App Store abgewickelt.
Die Entwicklerin kann Ihre Kreditkartennummer, Bankverbindung, Ihr Zahlungspasswort oder sonstige Finanzinformationen weder einsehen noch erheben oder speichern.
Pinly verwendet ausschließlich Apples offizielles StoreKit-2-Framework, um Ihren Abonnementstatus anonym auf Ihrem Gerät zu prüfen, z. B. ob Pro aktiv ist und gegebenenfalls wann das Abonnement abläuft. Diese Information wird nur verwendet, um Pinly-Pro-Funktionen auf Ihrem Gerät freizuschalten.
Drittanbieterdienste
Wenn Sie ein Lesezeichen speichern, kann Pinly ein Vorschaubild oder Metadaten für diese URL abrufen. Diese Netzwerkanfrage erfolgt direkt von Ihrem Gerät an den entsprechenden Dienst (z. B. Google Maps, Instagram). Pinly fungiert dabei weder als Mittelsmann noch als Proxy. Es werden keine Daten über unsere Server geleitet.
Wenn Sie einen Google-Maps-Ort speichern, können Vorschaudaten von Google-Servern abgerufen werden. Dies unterliegt der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Google. Es werden keine genauen Standortdaten an Google gesendet – nur die von Ihnen explizit gespeicherte URL.
Keine Werbung oder Analysen
Pinly enthält keine SDKs für Drittanbieterwerbung, keine Analyse-Frameworks (z. B. Firebase, Mixpanel) und keine Absturzberichte-Tools, die Daten außerhalb des Geräts übertragen. Ihre Nutzungsdaten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
Datenschutz für Minderjährige
Pinly erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern unter 13 Jahren. Da wir grundsätzlich keine personenbezogenen Daten erheben, ist die App konstruktionsbedingt konform.
Änderungen dieser Erklärung
Bei wesentlichen Änderungen dieser Datenschutzerklärung aktualisieren wir das Datum „Zuletzt aktualisiert“ oben. Die weitere Nutzung der App gilt als Zustimmung zur aktualisierten Richtlinie.

Pinly (“nosotros”, “nuestro” o “la app”) es un gestor personal de marcadores. Nos comprometemos a proteger su privacidad. Esta política explica qué datos maneja Pinly, dónde se almacenan y cómo se utilizan.
Datos que NO recopilamos
No recopilamos, transmitimos ni almacenamos ningún dato personal en nuestros servidores. Esto incluye:

Sus marcadores, URLs, títulos o notas
Identificadores del dispositivo o estadísticas de uso
No tenemos ningún acceso a su contenido guardado.
Almacenamiento local e iCloud
Todos los marcadores, títulos, descripciones e imágenes de vista previa se almacenan exclusivamente en dos lugares:
Su dispositivo — mediante almacenamiento local con SwiftData
Su contenedor privado de iCloud — gestionado íntegramente por Apple con su Apple ID
La sincronización entre sus dispositivos se realiza a través del framework CloudKit de Apple. Pinly no tiene acceso a estos datos ni en tránsito ni en reposo.
Su estado de membresía y algunas preferencias locales también pueden sincronizarse dentro del sandbox local de App Group de su dispositivo. Esto permite que la app principal y la extensión para compartir (Share Extension) compartan el estado al instante en el mismo dispositivo. Esta sincronización de App Group es completamente local y no implica ninguna carga de datos a través de la red.
Compras dentro de la app
Pinly ofrece funciones de suscripción Pinly Pro mediante el sistema de compras dentro de la app de Apple. Todos los pagos, la facturación, los reembolsos y el procesamiento de transacciones son gestionados de forma independiente y segura por Apple App Store.
La desarrolladora no puede acceder, recopilar ni almacenar su número de tarjeta de crédito, datos bancarios, contraseña de pago ni ninguna otra información financiera.
Pinly solo utiliza el framework oficial StoreKit 2 de Apple para comprobar de forma anónima el estado de su suscripción en su dispositivo, por ejemplo si Pro está activo y, cuando corresponda, la fecha de vencimiento. Esta información se usa únicamente para desbloquear las funciones de Pinly Pro en su dispositivo.
Servicios de terceros
Al guardar un marcador, Pinly puede obtener una imagen de vista previa o metadatos para esa URL. Esta solicitud de red se origina directamente desde su dispositivo hacia el servicio correspondiente (p. ej., Google Maps, Instagram). Pinly no actúa como intermediario ni como proxy. Ningún dato se enruta a través de nuestros servidores.
Si guarda una ubicación de Google Maps, los datos de vista previa pueden obtenerse de los servidores de Google. Esto está sujeto a la Política de Privacidad de Google. No se envían datos de ubicación exacta a Google; solo la URL que usted guardó explícitamente.
Sin publicidad ni análisis
Pinly no contiene SDKs de publicidad de terceros, frameworks de análisis (p. ej., Firebase, Mixpanel) ni herramientas de informes de fallos que transmitan datos fuera del dispositivo. Sus datos de uso no se comparten con ningún tercero.
Privacidad de menores

Cambios en esta política
